So, after Avery telling EVERYONE all week about her Birthday cake and carrying the elmo cake pan around for days, we make her this cutest elmo cake. She loved it, wanted to touch the frosting, carry it to the table, the works. Except when it came time to eat it, she would not touch a bit of it. I even tried to force feed it to her, we'd gone to all that trouble, by dang she was going to eat cake! But to no avail, she would not let it pass her lips. Others tried to get her to eat it too, this is a video of Ben offering her a taste of his piece of elmo cake. Sorry, I don't know how to flip it!

This video is so funny. I didn't realize at the time that you got it on tape. Ben and I were talking about it yesterday. Avery is so cute.
TO die for! I about died watching her try to blow out the candle and saying no to the cake! Here party looked so fun! I loved the cake. You guys did such an amazing job! I loved your laugh in the background as well. It made me miss you so bad!! Happy Birthday Avery! She is beautiful!
Your family is awesome and Avery is quite the kid. We look forward to hanging out with you guys for a while when you are out yonder.
I just found your blog from Robyn. Avery is so cute! Congratulations on selling your house! Reading that post made me realize how much I am going to miss Ohio when we move soon. I am going to miss my Knitting Teacher!
