Rich and I made and decorated the cake! We were pretty proud of ourselves! Growing up my dad would often decorate our birthday cakes for us and we thought that was so cool, so I'm glad Richard has decided to carry on that tradition for our kids.
What can I say except GO BUCKS!
Opening presents and ot wanting others to even THINK about taking them. 
So yesterday was Avery's second birthday. I can't believe she is two already! Where has the time gone? She had a great day and a super fun party, she was in heaven with the hotdogs (she ate 4 of them, she kept stealing them from the other kids, gross, I know!) and loved having all her friends there and presents to open. She had practiced blowing out her candles all week, I really think the practice paid off, don't you?

So now I will really have to recruite you to help with the twins cake!! I should have known you would be great at cake decorating too!! The Elmo cake looked awesome and I am sure it was very yummy. Avery cracks me up, but typcial girl, always changing her mind.
Thanks for the cake compliments, but really I have to pass them on to Richard. He did most of it!
Avery is so cute. You are both so talented to make such a great cake. We are sad that you are going to be leaving us soon but we are really excited for you!
