Ok, so after running the Wasatch Back this summer, I thought it would be fun to do another relay. I found the perfect one! It is Sept 11-12, 2009 and goes from Skagway, Alaska to Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory. It is 110 miles and I need to put together a team of 10. I already have 3 people lined up (this includes me) but need 7 more. It looks beautiful! It starts on a Friday night, you run all night and all day Saturday and finish sometime Sat late afternoon. I am in need of some hard core people who would love to have the experience of a lifetime running in this awesome relay. It's going to be a mixed team- meaning both men and women and would like to have half and half. Registration will be approx $65 per person. If you are interested, please comment and let me know. If you are from out of state and worrying about logistics of getting there- you can fly into Anchorage and hitch a ride with the rest of us down to Skagway. Then we'll drive back from Whitehorse when we're done. Long drive, but it will be so worth it, and so much fun! And who doesn't need an excuse to come to Alaska?

That's awesome!!! But you know that I stink at running!!!!
I'd love to come and visit Alaska and that would be a fun way to see it but I am doing race for the cure tommorow and I am nervous about running a 5K now way I could run all through the day and night.
