Getting ready to sell!

During all our packing and de-cluttering I got out her sealing dress, made to fit her at 7 months old. She was soooo chubby then that the dress, although much shorter still fits with room to spare! She thought it was a pretty dress and kept saying " oh, pretty, pretty" over and over again.

We pushed out two couches together to make a make-shift playpen where Avery could play and watch her shows while we painted and tiled. Too bad she got really sick during all this commotion and would just lay here watching elmo and nemo, it was really sad.

Ok, so I realize I haven't really posted anything in forever! But, I do have some very valid (in my opinion) excuses! We have been sooo busy the last month, it seems to have just flown by! First of all, we had to get our house ready to get on the market. This included re-finishing the hardwood floors, re-tiling the bathroom floors and shower surround, all new fixtures, some plumbing, painting the bath, painting the livingroom, deep cleaning, organizing and moving half of our belongings to a storage unit! To top it all off we are having the roof replaced today and tomorrow! We listed the house about 2 weeks ago and are anxiously awaiting an offer! Hopefully we'll be able to sell it on time to move and not have to mess with renting or anything!
