Well, sorry I haven't written in a while! I just got back from an 8 day trip to Alaska last night. It was so nice to go visit my family, Avery and I had a great time. She got to do some bonding with her cousins Andy & Daisy, although she didn't pay too much attention to Daisy. Andy quickly became her new best friend, even though she did push and hit him quite a bit. I don't know how to get her to stop doing that, but she is a real pusher! She is also very mischevious and quickly found as many permanent markers as she could. I don't know how she did it, but it seemed like every time I turned around she had one, my parents must have hundreds of those things!
She warmed up to Grandma and Grandpa really quickly and gave them lots of hugs and kisses in exchange for hershey's kisses, and some she gave them just for fun. She did pretty well being in a new place without her daddy for a week. Now we are trying to adjust to the 4 hr time change and get back into the swing of things here! I'll have to write more later, just wanted to do a quick update with some photos!

She is so cute! i think that's the first pic I've seen of her with pig tails! She looks so big next to Andy, not that that means much he is so tiny! Glad you had a good time!
Wow, the sunset pic looks like it should be on a postcard! Looks like you had a great time. There was a girl on American Idol last night that reminded me of you (except she wasn't quite as pretty). That was fun.
Looks like you guys had a fun trip...but it looked really cold! Avery is the cutest thing...her hitting and pushing was merely her way of telling her cousins who is boss!!! She is so sweet. I hope we can see you guys again soon.
